MARIPOSA'S BARBECUE

MARIPOSA’s BBQ is served as a buffet (all you can eat)
and includes the following:
Three seasonal salads
Potatoes
Choice of three meats: duck, chicken, bison or deer
Condiments and sauces
Two desserts
Home-baked bread, tea, coffee and herbal teas

IN SEASON - MÉCHOUI

Lamb or pig on the outside spit
and the choice of two other meats.

You can add the following to your dinner:
Seasonal soup: $ 4/person
Flying plates of finger food: $ 8/person
Selection of Canadian cheeses: $ 8/person




- OPTION 2 -
MEAL WITH TABLE SERVICE

It is possible to organize a meal with table service.
The meal includes:
Amuse-bouche
Soup or Salad
Main course (choice of two meats: duck, goose, chicken,
bison, deer, guinea fowl, quail, wildboar)
Dessert - two choices
Home-bake bread, tea, coffee and herbal teas.

Flying plates of finger food: $ 8/person
Cold Appetizer: $ 8/person
Foie Gras Appetizer: $ 14/person
