In our store, you will find an extended variety of fresh and frozen products including: whole or portioned duck and goose, breast and legs, foie gras, cassoulet, sausages, smoked goose breast, confit, fine preserved delicacies: rillettes, mousse, pâté and other game including quail, venison, bison, pheasant and guinea fowl. You will also find gourmet products such as dried fancy mushrooms, jellies, maple products and pickles vegetables.
